The conditions of sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or amending the booking.

Cancellation of a booking will only be effective from the date of receipt.

Cancellations must be made via the website or by e-mail. A cancellation confirmation will then be sent to the customer. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, it is quite possible that we have not received your cancellation. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that their cancellation request has been received.

If the specific conditions of the tariff so permit, either for bookings made under the heading "Flexible Tariffs" or under another heading expressly mentioning the benefit of this right of cancellation, the right of cancellation by the Customer must be exercised before 12 noon, one day before arrival - Paris time (France). Late notification of cancellation will result in the application of late cancellation charges amounting to an amount equal to the first night's accommodation, plus any extras included in the Customer's reservation, according to the applicable rate including all taxes in the reservation validated by the Customer.

It is important that the customer keeps the booking cancellation confirmation sent by e- mail.

If the Customer does not show up, they will be considered to be in the "No Show" category and the cancellation or no-show conditions of the tariff chosen by the Customer will apply.

Bookings made in advance cannot be modified and/or cancelled ("Non-Refundable" tariff), as the total amount and any extra charges are due at the time of booking. Sums paid in advance, i.e. deposits, will not be reimbursed. In this case, this is stated in the fare conditions of sale.

The Customer accepts that the aforementioned cancellation fees are a fair and true estimate of the loss that Hôtel Audran would incur for the cancellation of a reservation.

In the event that the stay is interrupted, the full price agreed will be collected, without the Customer being entitled to any reimbursement, credit note or exchange for the part of the stay not used in the establishment. In the case of bookings where payment is made during the booking process, no reimbursement will be made.

      1. The conditions set out in article 5.5.1 apply to all booking methods: internet, email, telephone or social networks.
    1. Bookings made through other channels

Bookings may be made through other sources, including online travel agencies, tour operators or other websites which have different Terms and Conditions and cancellation policies. Customers should check their confirmation for details.

    1. Specific booking conditions

Access to the reservation is limited to the exclusive use of individuals or companies, excluding any group of rooms constituted for the same period of stay.

Hôtel Audran accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash and holiday vouchers. The Hôtel Audran does not accept cheques.

Hotel Audran reserves the right to validate prior authorization of payment on credit cards used as a guarantee for bookings corresponding to the amount of the first night of the stay

prior to arrival. Hotel Audran reserves the right to cancel reservations associated with refused or invalid credit cards.

Article 7: Changes of accommodation by Hôtel Audran

Article 8: Changes to the reservation at the Customer's request

If the Customer wishes to amend their booking (for example, change the dates of stay or the accommodation requested), Hotel Audran cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so and accepts no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that may arise in such circumstances. Whilst changes are not permitted for the non-refundable rate, they are permitted for flexible bookings (subject to availability) if requested no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Additional charges may apply if the accommodation rate for the new nights differs from that of the previous booking. All requests for changes must be made in writing.

Article 9: Identification, deposits for damage, extras and cleaning - Prior authorization on payment card

Photo identification will be required on arrival. The bedrooms can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated in the description, and in accordance with legislation concerning establishments open to the public. No additional visitors are permitted. On arrival, guests must provide the hotel with the names of all persons staying with them. Unfortunately, the names of no additional visitors can be added after check-in has been completed. Hotel Audran reserves the right to charge a deposit on arrival. Only one payment can be taken, and only the responsible person will assume responsibility for the conduct of other occupants. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakage, damage to the property of the residence, cleaning charges due to the room being left in an unacceptably clean condition and breaches of regulations such as smoking in the rooms or disturbing other visitors enjoying the hotel. The deposit may also be used by the management team in the event of the presence of additional visitors who are not authorized to use the hotel and its facilities. At the end of an uneventful stay, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the policy applied by your bank. As a general rule, this takes between 3 and 10 working days, although for some banks this period is longer. The Customer should note, however, that with the prior authorization system, no money is transferred at the time, but this will have an impact on the available balance and on the spending threshold authorized with the

card, as long as the prior authorization is in progress. Hotel Audran is not responsible for any delays related to pre-authorization releases by credit card companies. In the event of disruption to other visitors, or damage to the hotel, the cost to Hotel Audran will be deducted from the Deposit paid, and only the remaining balance will be returned to the Client. If this cost exceeds the amount of the Deposit, the Client agrees to indemnify Hotel Audran for any damage, additional cleaning or other costs and agrees to pay all costs of recovery including all legal fees, and other expenses. The Customer hereby consents to Audran Hotel debiting the Customer's credit card for all reasonable costs incurred which are not covered by the Security Deposit.
